JLR Outstanding Volunteer Scholarship

Each year Junior League of Rockford awards a scholarship to honor a high school student who has proven a sincere commitment to volunteerism in Winnebago County. The scholarship amount for the May 2010 winner will be $1,500.

To be eligible, you must be a high school senior (male or female) who has given freely of your time to aid and benefit others in the greater Rockford area during your high school years.

The deadline for applications is March 19, 2010.  Applicants should mail their completed forms, essays, and letters of reference to the following:
